Why combine yoga with essential oils?

Research has shown that essential oils do not just provide emotional benefits, but physical benefits as well. You may ask, which essential oil (EO) work best for grounding? Which EO promotes tranquillity and balances the emotions? Which EO helps you relax and calm down? Which EO best purifies the air? Which EO can uplift and energize both the mind and body? And how do we combine all these EO into our yoga practice?

Join us to find out more! In this 75-minute session, Amni, Joe & Daniel will be sharing on how to use these oils and then we will proceed to diffuse EO for our yoga flow class. The yoga class is suitable for all levels. See you on the mat!

She also helps students to achieve mindful yoga practices by way of providing safe and nurturing environment for them to grow. Amni has taught yoga to athletes, senior citizens, young children and working professionals.
